REVIEW
Some more pics of the trail from north to south but this time with winter white added for good measure. This trail is heavily used and lots of people walking their dogs. Just be careful and aware that when coming around a corner could put you face to face with our 4 legged friends.

REVIEW
The review of this trail is from David Ave to the Crystal Falls.
4 out of 5 families recommend it for a Sunday ride. I've heard this trail referred to as the Mud Monster and for good reason. The puddles have been known to swallow up full grown mastiffs. Okay not that deep but not shallow. It doesn't look that deep
are famous last I'm clean words. The only part of this trail I'll be commenting on is from the top of Shaughnessy and north. Most people ride this trail up to Crystal Falls. The falls are a nice diversion and a great place to relax and talk to other cyclists. Beyond the falls are a couple of stream crossings and then it dies out. Beyond the falls is where the Coquitlam River Connector exits. The whole trail is a nice easy ride with no technical sections. I have noticed a few trails heading east of it and have been curious as to where some of them lead to. Maybe one day. Watch out for hikers.
