The trail is now closed by the city and is being restored back to its natural state. Don't know if the entire trail is closed from the picture on Trailforks. Will check in the next week or so. If the entire trail is closed, then other trails in the vicinity will be off limits.

Just windy and soft trail with a single small structure on it. It has a short sharp climb up to the SFU Ring Road East Loop Trail.
Enjoy it before it is gone.
