REVIEW
Back in the day this trail only started by Gaglardi and ended near North Road, plus had a few structures near the Gaglardi entrance. Now this trail is in two distinct parts. A lower and upper. It can be ridden in both directions but is easier from top to bottom.
I started the trail from North Road and will describe the bottom half first. This section is basically level and has quite an extensive network of low plank boardwalks. Nothing really technical here and you only need to be careful when the boardwalks are wet.
The top half is a different story. A bit more technical and a climb going from the bottom to top. The trail starts/ends at the powerlines. This section of trail used to go by another name but can't remember it. Will need to trackdown my old maps of Burnaby Mountain.
