I'd call it a gravel path from North Road to the powerlines but it is wider than most alleys.
There used to be a skills part along this trail but funny enough less than a month before taking the pictures, the structures were removed. Trying to trackdown photos that I believe I have of the skills park. Too bad, it was a fun practice area.
