REVIEW

These photos are from the Cypress Lake fork to Lungbuster's end. The view at the end of the trail is spectacular. I'l need to make a hike to hit just before dusk to watch lights of Vancouver come on.

REVIEW

The photos are from the base by the gold course up to the access road into Four Lost Souls. Decided to do Lungbuster in sections.

After over 20 years, I made it back to this access road and not much has changed. Lungbuster in my opinion is unridable in parts. One nice thing though are the level sections that give you a break from the relentless climb.

REVIEW

Killer climb alert! The Lungbuster is probably the hardest climb of the local hills. I've not ridden The Lungbuster to its end but to The Four Lost Souls trail and that was more than enough. This access road starts out with a climb but after a short little while it levels out onto a really nice and easily ridden section. Once I reached this section I thought that was it no more climbing, was I ever mistaken. The climb after this was leg and mind numbing, but with that said you don't deserve your downhill without your uphill. I felt as if this climb wouldn't end, but when I heard those magic words We're there, I hit the ground and hoped for a long break. Bring lots of water and legs of steel for this climb. Now like I said we didn't ride it to its end. All I saw was more uphill at the trailhead. Good luck.
