REVIEW

This trail needs some loving and riders. Doesn't get many riders and I put that to the Seventh Secret is minutes beyond it.

The best description I have for this trail is, Old School. Steep sections, roots, rocks, drops, boulder ride downs, and one MMS to mention. The trail is really loamy in sections and a nice departure from most of the trails on Fromme.

The plank bridge over the stream has been removed and rebuilt. Looking good.

A few pictures of the old creaky and not so stable plank bridge.

REVIEW

The first quarter of Bookwus starts out with some really nice singletrack but the rest turns into some nasty steep sections with drops that are just plain nuts. There is also a nice bridge that crosses over a small gully. Also in one section there is a double drop. The first drop is down a rock face and a short run off and then into the final drop. Both drops are about 3 feet in height.
