REVIEW

Still a really challenging trail and it needs to stay that way. The only section that puts my boys into my throat is the section after Boogie Nights turn-off. Steep and loose, with a significant gap jump.

So back to the rest of the trail. It is choke full of MMSs and quick hit steep sections. Even though it is a double black, it is a good trail to practice or session on with friends.

One thing I do want to mention and am surprised that it still exists, if only in a dimished state. The drop of the log at the beginning of the trail. I did it once way back when and decided air between my wheels and the dirt, is not a good thing.

REVIEW

No real review. Went for a hike hoping that the snow and ice would not be too bad. Was I mistaken and a couple of riders had ridden down before I started my descent. So I took a few photos of some structures, as they looked really good with snow on them and seeing a couple of intrepid riders went for it.

Scary moment today was when I was on the long bridge over the marshy area. There was so much snow on it, that walking became a bit difficult and treacherous. The snow was hardpacked down the middle but was able to break the snow along the side of bridge. This started to make me nervouse after a bit, as I didn't know if the snow would just break off and send me down to the ground. So went back to the beginning and started trekking thourgh the snow covered marshy area. Marginally safer but wetter.

REVIEW

Bear put a lot of work into this trail. The Boogie Man has more than enough features on it to keep any MTB'r happy. Most of the drops on this trail are big. One drop in particular is over 6 ft. My favorite feature on this trail is the fallen log that is about 100 ft long and traverses a swampy section of the trail. There are also a couple of burnt out logs on the trail. One of these has a teeter totter at one end. Well since I can't really put into words what this trail is all about check out the pics below.
